Rodents like rats adapt to environments with their incredible muscle memory that allows them to memorize their environment by body and muscle movement alone. Along with the ability to fit into small spaces, they have excellent sensory abilities and are able to reproduce relatively fast. Rodents pose a danger because they are able to spread a multitude of diseases.

Rats and mice usually hunt for food at night. If you happen to see a rodent during the day, it might mean there is a lack of food or the rodent population is high.
Our recommendation will be to use either glue board or rat cages to place at suspected areas of activity based on paw marks, urines or gnaw marks. We will place baits at surrounding areas and will carry out a follow up visit 3-4 days later. If there’s a heavy infestation, 4 to 5 visits may be needed.
False ceiling: Clients are required to get their own contractor to open the ceiling if there’s no access as we are not able to open any false ceilings or access panel.
It’s advisable to seal all openings greater than 1.13cm such as openings around water pipes, electric wires or drain pipes.
