Bees are the kamikaze fighters of the insect world. Equipped with a stinger that can only be used once, their venom may trigger potentially fatal allergic reactions in humans. Depending on the species in question, they can range from placid to downright berserk. What is so devastating is their method of swarming in when they attack.
- Carpenter Bees
- Giant Honeybees
The moment a single bee attacks, it releases pheromones which instantly paint a target board for other bees to attack. PestBusters understands Bee behaviour and knows how to exploit their weaknesses to finish them off.
The recommended treatment is to burn down the hive using aerosol or fire and remove the hive to ensure no young bees survive in it.
Spraying of nest is best carried out at night when the bees have returned or are least active. We do not provide scaffolding; clients are advised to find their own contractor.
